Network Owner / Assessments: Infrastructure owners and Blue Team evaluation.
Exercise Control: The White Cell, which runs the scenario and adjudicates.
Range: Builds, operates, and maintains the cyber range.
Staff: Planning, admin, logistics, and support.
Observer: Watches and learns, with no active role.
Unsure: Lets the planners assign you.
